Returns of merchandise will be accepted within two weeks of receipt of merchandise. After the initial two week period, returns will only receive store credit. After one month no returns will be accepted.

Returns within the two week period will be for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Returns must be in original packaging and unopened to receive the full amount of the purchase. If packaging has been opened there will be a 15% restocking charge.

To receive credit for return, you must first receive a return authorization number (RA #) from The Linen Closet in order for the merchandise to be accepted. Your return authorization number must be marked clearly on the outside of the package being returned.

We do not accept any returns on sale merchandise.

Shipment following the return of merchandise (i.e. exchanges) does NOT qualify for our free shipment agreement on Vera Bradley bags or other items.
