Free
Ground Shipping
- All orders that total $75 or more will receive free ground shipping. However, this policy is not applicable to orders outside of the continental U.S.
- All Vera Bradley orders receive free ground shipping for totals over $50, however, this policy is not applicable to orders outside of the continental U.S.
- Free ground shipping under the above circumstances only applies to the initial shipment of merchandise. Items that are backordered or require a delay in shipment separate from the original order (i.e. part of an order will be shipped at a later date) will be subject to normal UPS shipping charges.
- Sale items do not receive free
shipping.
- Return Policy
- Returns of merchandise will be accepted within two weeks of receipt of merchandise. After the initial two week period, returns will only receive store credit. After one month no returns will be accepted.
- Returns within the two week period will be for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Returns must be in original packaging and unopened to receive the full amount of the purchase. If packaging has been opened there will be a 15% restocking charge.
- To receive credit for return, you must first receive a return authorization number (RA #) from The Linen Closet in order for the merchandise to be accepted. Your return authorization number must be marked clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
- We do not accept any returns on sale merchandise.
- Shipment following the return of merchandise (i.e. exchanges) does NOT qualify for our free shipment agreement on Vera Bradley bags or other items.
- We do not refund shipping charges applied to items returned to us.
Miscellaneous
- When an item is backordered on a multi item purchase, an email will be sent notifying the customer and the entire order will be held until that item is available. If the customer would like the order to proceed with shipping and backorder shipping costs to be at their expense, then the customer should contact us.
- If an item is out of stock on a multi item order and is no longer available from the manufacturer, we will send a notification email to the customer. If we do not hear back from them within 24 hours we will proceed with shipping the remainder of the order.
- If a credit card is declined, we will notify the customer. If we do not hear back from the customer within 3 days after email notification, we will cancel the entire order.
